OUR STORY
The Idea of BO&MIE began at a meet up that took place on the benches of the FERRANDI School of Gastronomie between Magali and Jean Francois. At the time, we were both students, taking a special bakery course designed for adults looking for a new career. That is when we had the idea to collaborate and create a bakery that resembled us.

MAGALI SZEKULA
Former Lawyer at “Hôpitaux de Paris”, Magali decided to completely change career paths to follow her passion for Patisserie !

JEAN-FRANÇOIS BANDET
After spending 8 years in the sports world, ( Co creator of the sportswear company, Venum) Jean Francois decided to change his career path to pursue his dream : Open his own Bakery !

It’s with respect to these values that we opened our first BO&MIE bakery in November 2017 located at 18 rue de Turbigo in the 2nd Arrondissement of Paris ( Metro Etienne Marcel). After countless positive reviews, we opened a second bakery in July 2019, located at 359 Rue Saint Martin and a third one 91 Rue de Rivoli in 2020.
